i led a project focused on expanding tramontina’s barbecue product line, with the goal of mapping the market, increasing market share and sales, and solidifying the brand’s position in the barbecue segment.
i collaborated with tramontina's team an extensive cultural research, delving into the barbecue culture in the usa, analyzing market data, and exploring consumer behavior and lifestyle trends.
using these insights, i guided the development of a fresh brand concept and a comprehensive communication & marketing strategy. this included designing an annual action plan aligned with key dates, events, and activations, as well as implementing a robust strategy leveraging influencers and opinion leaders. additionally, i collaborated on creation of the campaign's creative concept and planned branded content.
the result was a targeted, data-driven approach that strengthened the brand’s presence in the US market and drove significant growth in sales.
