i led a project for comgás, a company part of the Cosan Group, that focused on developing a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy to inform employees about the company's relocation to a new office.
the initiative involved crafting a clear and engaging narrative to announce the move, while also implementing employee experience initiatives designed to foster excitement and ease the transition.
additionally, i worked on creating branded actions that aligned with the company's identity, reinforcing its values during this period of change. the result was a cohesive strategy that ensured the relocation was not only well-communicated but also celebrated as a milestone in the company’s journey.
