The project
I led a strategic project to expand Tramontina’s barbecue product line, with the objective of mapping the U.S. market, increasing sales and market share, and strengthening the brand’s position in the barbecue segment.
In close collaboration with Tramontina’s team, I conducted in-depth cultural research into American barbecue culture, analyzed market data, and explored consumer behavior and lifestyle trends to uncover key opportunities.
These insights shaped the development of a new brand positioning and a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy. I designed an annual action plan aligned with key dates and activations, and implemented a robust influencer and opinion leader strategy. I also contributed to the creation of the campaign’s creative concept and led the planning of branded content initiatives.
The result was a data-driven, highly targeted approach that significantly boosted Tramontina’s visibility and sales performance in the U.S. market.
